Now that classes are over we will be holding our Baker Park running and training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays right up to the Soke Cup.  This would be a great opportunity for those of you attending Soke Cup to get a little extra training in before the event.  The training starts at 7:00PM rain (no thunder) or shine.  If you would like to participate please meet at Baker Park at 6:45PM  for a quick warm-up before our run. We leave promptly at 7:00.
